Old Dominion, based in Thomasville, N.C., operates a warehouse at 6925 S.E. Four Mile Drive. The property the company acquired is southwest of its facility. The transaction was recorded March 11.
D R Horton Iowa LLC, a national home builder, paid Stubbs Development Inc. just over $1 million for 14 residential building lots in Ankeny, records show. Canyon Landing is in northeast Ankeny, east of Northeast 38th Street. The transaction was recorded March 13.
Ernest and Ann Odell, both of Redondo Beach, Calif., paid a Springfield, Mo.-based limited liability company nearly $1.3 million for property at 720 Brown St. in Runnells, records show. The 2-acre parcel includes a 9,100-square-foot metal building in which a Dollar General is located. The building was constructed in 2023. The limited liability company that had owned the property – DGOGRunnellsIA09072021 LLC – will lease the property, records show. The transaction was recorded March 14.
Lincoln Savings Bank took possession of property at 3821 121st St. in Urbandale after a sheriff’s sale, records show. The nearly 3-acre parcel includes a 22,463-square-foot neighborhood shopping center built in 2006. Foreclosure proceedings on the property, which had been owned by AJM Properties LLC, began in 2022, according to court records. The property’s previous owner owed the bank over $2.6 million, plus interest and fees. Lincoln Savings Bank acquired to property for $2.2 million. The transaction was recorded March 15.

Ronald and Debra Gebhardt paid Balsbaugh Farms LLC $3.48 million for 51.6 acres of farm ground in rural Dallas County, records show. The land is about 7 miles southwest of Perry, or on the west side of F Avenue and south of 180th Street. The transaction was recorded March 14.
