Genesis Youth Foundation announced its third annual Ubuntu Leadership Summit will take place Aug. 23 at the Genesis Youth Foundation Learning Center, located at 2500 University Ave. in the Hope + Elim Church. The summit will feature youth and adult programming on health, wealth-building and workforce readiness through interactive workshops and networking. The organization will also hold the eighth annual I Am Africa Gala at Grand View University on Aug. 24 to uplift African culture and heritage and raise funds for the Genesis Youth Foundation’s mission.
