 Linda Gibbs (pictured), a senior vice president of CBRE| Hubbell Commercial, has been named to the Midwest Real Estate News’ 2019 Hall of Fame. Gibbs has been in commercial real estate for more than 33 years. The past 17 years, she has been involved exclusively on investment property sales including multifamily, retail, office and industrial. She has been involved in disposition and debt equity investment property transactions exceeding $1 billion. “We are extremely proud of Linda’s long list of accomplishments, including being inducted into this year’s Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Linda and Tim [Sharpe, Gibbs’ partner] are committed to providing quality service and creative real estate solutions and that is evident from their solid reputation and longstanding relationships,” Bill Wright, Senior Vice President and Managing Director with CBRE | Hubbell Commercial, said in a statement. |
