West Des Moines-based PolicyWorks has promoted Brian Godwin, previously director of compliance solutions and interim CEO, to vice president of operations. In his new role, Godwin will oversee the ongoing management of operations for PolicyWorks, providing strategic guidance in collaboration with other organization leaders, and focusing on internal customer experiences and client engagement strategies.
