Founder Kimberly Baeth, who started Golden Openings in 1997, is stepping away from the business to help aspiring entrepreneurs, students and business owners through a new business, Cutting Edge Success, she said in an emailed statement. “I always operated Golden Openings with the intent to help the community, customers, partners, vendors and local small businesses. For all of those I have been blessed to work with, I am very thankful and grateful,” Baeth said in a news release. “Golden Openings has much more room to grow. The combined skills, talents and capabilities of Front Row Sales and Golden Openings will create significant opportunities for the future.” Golden Openings and Baeth have received over 30 local, national and international awards. Baeth currently serves on the board of directors for the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa and is joining the board of the Better Business Bureau in January 2025.
