Goodwill of Central Iowa announced three additions to its leadership team and eight executives who have joined the board of directors. Ann Shelton has joined the organization as chief financial officer, Eric Prosperi as director of commercial sales, and Justin Ruegg as human resources director. Jackie Norris, president and CEO of Goodwill of Central Iowa, said, “We are thrilled to bring talent of this caliber onto our leadership team, helping us to expand our impact across our region through those we serve.” Shelton’s experience includes financial executive positions with HomeServices of Iowa, Wells Fargo, Mid-America Group and Principal Financial Group. As director of commercial services, a new position for Goodwill, he will promote and expand the organization’s business lines to diversify revenue. He previously held a career sales role with Kellogg’s. Ruegg was most recently director of human resources at the Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School and has held previous positions with the University of Northern Iowa as well as Rockwell Collins.
