Goodwill of Central Iowa is expanding its services with the opening of a new Goodwill donation center in Altoona. The new facility is part of Goodwill’s ongoing efforts to enhance community service and provide residents with convenient donation options, a news release said. The new Goodwill donation center is located at 550 36th Ave. S.W., Suite AA/BB, in Altoona and is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The center is designed to offer an easy and efficient donation process for gently used clothing, electronics and household items.
