WOI-TV: The Gordmans locations on the south and east sides of Des Moines will soon be closing their doors. A spokesperson for the retail chain’s parent company, Stage Stores, said the locations on Army Post Road and Hubbell are the affected stores. The spokesperson said the closings will happen “in the near future.” The Gordmans in West Des Moines will remain open. Gordmans is also closing stores in other Iowa locations, including Coralville, Cedar Rapids, Davenport and Sioux City, the Corridor Business Journal reports.
