The 2015 session of the Iowa Legislature begins Monday, and Gov. Terry Branstad details his budget proposals and vision for the year in his Condition of the State address at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Branstad’s speech will be streamed live by Iowa Public Television at iptv.org, with a Democratic response by Senate Majority Leader Michael Gronstal following. IPTV WORLD (.3) also will carry the speech live, and IPTV will show it again at 6:30 p.m  Tuesday.
