The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced the third class of the DSM Fellowship Program, an 18-month professional development initiative designed to attract and develop top-tier talent in the Greater Des Moines community. The program features a customized advanced professional development curriculum, mentorship from regional executives, community engagement opportunities, a capstone project and social connections. The program’s 2023-2024 class includes 20 participants from companies such as John Deere, Nationwide, Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, F&G Life Annuities and Life, Farm Bureau Financial Services and TrueNorth Cos. The DSM Fellowship Program is a talent attraction and retention tool, and its focus is on career development, community engagement, curriculum and social connection.
