Greiner Construction, a full-service construction company with 110 employees across Des Moines and Minneapolis, has announced Josh Miltenberger as the company’s new chief operating officer. Miltenberger, who formerly served as a construction executive at Greiner, leads the company’s Des Moines and Minneapolis operations. The announcement comes alongside other leadership changes at Greiner, including the recent appointment of new CEO Josh Helgesen. With this transition, the Minneapolis-based company is now the largest minority-owned business in Minnesota. “Josh Miltenberger has made a tremendous impact on our team and every project he’s touched since joining Greiner, leading with great integrity,” Helgesen said in a prepared statement. “He is a key driver of our culture of commitment, collaboration and client satisfaction, and I can’t wait to see where his leadership takes us next.”
