Hire DSM, a company offering recruiting and HR outsourcing services based in West Des Moines, has announced its rebranding to the People Co. According to a news release, the rebranding is meant to reflect the company’s commitment to helping companies plan and implement “people-focused” strategies to attract, develop and retain talent. As part of the rebranding the People Co. has hired Ali Payne as senior partner for people solutions and Meredith Gallivan as partner for strategy and client success. Payne and Gallivan both have proven track records of success in leadership and aligning people services with business practices, the company said. The People Co. will host a coffee bar open house tomorrow, Dec. 18, for clients, partners and the community at its office located at 650 S. Prairie View Drive, Suite 205, from 7:45 to 9 a.m.
