Holmes Murphy announces key leadership promotions

Insurance brokerage Holmes Murphy has announced the promotion of key employees to leadership positions. After 19 or more years of service, Travis Dent, Steve Gfroerer and Josh Loftis have been appointed to the board of managers. Jay Reavis has been named president of brokerage services. Reavis held a leadership position in the division since 2017. John Hurley II has been named chief operating officer of enterprise technology after more than 30 years with the company. “We are confident that by advancing these leaders, we will be able to not only meet but exceed our clients’ and employees’ needs, expectations and goals,” said Dan Keough, chairman and CEO. “It’s an exciting time to be at Holmes Murphy, and I look forward to seeing each of these leaders in their new roles as they care for and advance our company and clients.”

The following promotions were also announced:

  • Alanna Trundle has been named president of Global Captive Management Ltd.
  • Dan Etzel will assume leadership over Holmes Murphy Construction.
  • Cameron Burt and Nate Heying will move forward in their leadership roles as market leaders for the Omaha and Kansas City teams, respectively.
