Holmes Murphy has released its community impact report for 2024-25. The report shows the organization gave over 15,000 volunteer hours, directly gave almost $2 million and affected over 400 nonprofits. The Waukee-based insurance broker also raised $644,000 through its United Way campaign, a record amount and 15% increase compared with 2023. “Looking back on 2024, I am filled with gratitude. This past year, our 1,200+ employees came together to amplify our impact, not just in the communities where we live and work, but also by fully embracing the tools and opportunities provided by our Holmes Murphy Foundation,” Dan Keough, Holmes Murphy chairman and CEO, said in a prepared statement.
