The Home Builders Association of Iowa recently named new officers and leaders for the group. They include:
– Rachel Flint as chair. Flint is senior vice president of Iowa homebuilding and land development operations for Hubbell Realty Co.
– Ben Richter as national associate director. Richter is vice president, sales manager at Beisser Lumber Co.
– Jenna Fitch as state secretary. Fitch is an assistant business manager at Furman Realty.
– Kevin McCreedy as second vice chair. McCreedy is founder and owner of McCreedy-Ruth Construction LLC.
– Brian Moss as first vice chair. Moss is a lead designer at ProSource.
– Justin Dodge as immediate past president. Dodge is a project manager at Hunziker & Associates Inc.
