Hoover/Meredith schools set to break ground
Hoover High School and Meredith Middle School will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday for a $5 million expansion and renovation project. The project is highlighted by the Technology Learning Center, which will connect to both the middle school and the high school in an addition on the south side of the building. Other renovations for the project, scheduled to be completed in August, include rearranging space in the existing school building to add more classrooms and moving the offices in the high school to the front of the building.
