Hurd adds to West Des Moines development area
Hurd Real Estate Services has added 25 acres to its Willow Creek Business Park near Veterans Parkway and Army Post Road and just north of Microsoft Corp.’s sprawling data center that is under construction in West Des Moines. The latest addition was bought earlier this month from Willow Creek Golf Course Inc. and owner Dan Clark for $550,000. With the purchase, Willow Creek Business Park consists of 137 acres of land that carries a variety of designations, including medium-density residential and professional commerce park.
