Chad Huyser has been named a regional director of Lely International and president of Lely North America, which is based in Pella. Huyser will lead all of Lely’s North American efforts and serve as one of five Lely regional directors worldwide. The company develops premium robotics and data systems that increase animal welfare, flexibility and production on dairy farms. Huyser joined Lely in 2007 as director of sales and operations and most recently held the position of vice president for Lely North America. He brings more than 23 years of experience in ag equipment manufacturing, finance, operations and sales/marketing to this leadership role. Since joining Lely, Huyser has led and strategically supported all areas of the Lely business, including the construction of Lely’s first North American headquarters and manufacturing facility in 2012 and again this year as Lely announced plans to construct a new facility in Pella.
