Des Moines Register: Hy-Vee will reopen its flood-damaged Harding Hills grocery store in about a month with a new format — but it will continue to sell groceries, company officials said. “We had planned to remodel the store and now we are moving up the timeline,” spokeswoman Tina Potthoff said. The closing is making it difficult for customers from the Prospect Park neighborhood, some of whom do not have access to a car.
