The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association will meet at 7:15 a.m. Jan. 2 at the Des Moines Golf & Country Club, 1600 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines.

The featured speaker is Randy Hertz, CEO of Hertz Farm Management, who will review the current status of ag land values, crop yields, commodity prices, the U.S.-China trade disputes and tariffs, the federal farm aid program and farmland sales activity.

The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate. The fee is $10 with reservations or $15 at the door. The meeting features networking opportunities and a hot buffet breakfast.  The meeting concludes about 8:30 a.m.
