Indexing technology increases job bank traffic
Positions posted on Iowa Workforce Development’s (IWD) job bank at www.iowajobs.org have doubled in the last year due to a partnership with the Direct Employers Association, the department said. The partnership enables IWD to use state-of-the-art technology to “index” jobs directly from an employer’s website and post them to IowaJobs.org to promote current opportunities statewide.
