Indigo Living, the apartment property management division of Hubbell Realty Co., now manages over 10,000 units spread across 61 communities, the company announced. Indigo operates primarily in Iowa with submarkets in South Dakota, Missouri and Kansas. “With an increase in third-party partnerships, we’ve been able to grow our Indigo team and properties significantly,” Derek Haugen, vice president of Indigo Living, said in a news release. “Successful property management isn’t just about managing buildings — it’s about building relationships, fostering communities and creating spaces that people are proud to call home.”
