On Sept. 28, the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association presented its 2010 Industry Impact Awards during the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo in West Des Moines. Dean Weitenhagen of Fleetwood Commercial Real Estate Services and Tyler Dingel and Todd Millang, both of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, were presented with Deal of the Year awards in the over $5 million category. Bill Wright of Terrus Real Estate Group LLC was honored with a Deal of the Year Award in the under $5 million category. BJ Connolly of Iowa Realty Commercial was given the Rising Star Award. The Industry Impact Award went to Vic Cameruci of the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Millang was named Broker of the Year.
