Insta-Pro International CEO Kacere announces retirement
Insta-Pro International today announced that its president and CEO, Kevin Kacere, will retire on April 30. He will continue as a senior adviser to the board of directors through Oct. 31. The Grimes-based manufacturing company has initiated a national search for Kacere’s successor. Insta-Pro specializes in building custom soy processing machinery for food and feed producers worldwide. Nick Santrizos, chairman of the Insta-Pro board of directors, stated: “This transition comes at a time when Insta-Pro has never been stronger or better positioned to support our customers with new, bigger and better equipment, and technologies to help feed the world in more healthier and efficient ways. Kevin and his leadership team have transformed Insta-Pro over 13 years driving many improved business processes, building a highly engaged corporate culture and a new headquarters building, while increasing the company’s size by threefold. We are grateful for his leadership.” The company has retained Orion Search Group, a Minneapolis-based executive search firm, as its exclusive partner to conduct a national CEO search.
