The Des Moines Arts Festival is seeking filmmakers for the 2011 Interrobang Film Festival. Filmmakers who submit films by March 25 will pay a reduced entry fee; all submissions are due by April 29. The film festival will be held at the John and Mary Pappajohn Education Center in conjunction with the Des Moines Arts Festival June 24-26 in Western Gateway Park. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of local jurors to be selected for screening during the festival. Filmmakers can review the rules and submit their applications online through Withoutabox or fill out the application form at desmoinesartsfestival.org/film_festival and submit their film via mail.
