Iowa College Aid to add online financial literacy program
The Iowa College Student Aid Commission announced that it has selected EverFi Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based educational software company, to provide an online financial literacy program to Iowa high schools.
The program is expected to be available by the end of 2010 through the state’s existing curriculum planning website, www.IHaveaPlanIowa.gov.
The new tool will augment the website, which students are already using to create four-year course plans and access test preparation tools and scholarship information.
