GUEST SPEAKER: Chris Shires, urban designer and planner with Confluence. Shires will present the redevelopment plan for the University Avenue corridor in West Des Moines and Clive, stretching from 22nd/86th Street to I-35/80.

The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate. The fee is $10 with reservations or $15 at the door. The meeting features networking opportunities and a hot buffet breakfast. The meeting concludes about 8:30 a.m.
