Iowa Communications Network announces new executive director
Philip Groner will serve as executive director of the Iowa Communications Network, the Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission announced. Groner has served as ICN’s acting executive director since July 2017, and has worked for the ICN for 21 years. His appointment is subject to Senate confirmation when the Iowa Legislature reconvenes in 2019.
