Iowa Finance Authority receives national marketing award
The Iowa Finance Authority received a marketing award from the National Council of State Housing Agencies for its 2019 annual report “IFA Chain Reaction,” which showcases the positive chain reactions that affordable housing creates in the state. The report highlights cross-sector benefits of housing, including education, with interviews from a school counselor, talent development from the Greater Des Moines Partnership and health benefits from a mental health provider. The National Council of State Housing Agencies is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created to advance the nation’s state housing finance agencies and their partners.
