Iowa has the third-lowest unemployment rate in the construction industry, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Des Moines Register: Iowa has the third-lowest unemployment rate in the construction industry, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Just 2.4 percent of Iowa construction workers were unemployed in June, compared with 4.6 percent nationwide. The Iowa rate was down from 3.1 percent in May and 3.5 percent a year earlier.
