Iowa solar industry grows 45 percent
The Solar Foundation reports that Iowa’s solar job market grew by 45 percent last year, faster than other parts of the nation. The National Solar Jobs Census 2017 also found that 250,271 Americans worked in solar as of 2017. Iowa was among 29 states with increases in solar-related jobs, recording 815 solar jobs compared with 563 the year before.
