Eligible entities include nonprofits, educational institutions, employers and community organizations. Priority funding will be given to programs that offer internships to youths facing barriers to upward mobility in the labor market. The awarded funds can be utilized for various purposes, including wages, compensation, training resources, program coordination and administrative costs. The application period is open until Feb. 21.
