The Iowa Renewable Fuels Association (IRFA) and the Iowa Corn Promotion Board will host a virtual press conference at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday to discuss the potential impact of ethanol-to-sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production on Iowa farmers. The organizations will also discuss fuel producer LanzaJet’s new production facility in Soperton, Ga. – the first of its kind in the United States. The meeting will be led by Dan Keitzer and Ryan Sauer from Iowa Corn, Monte Shaw from the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association and David Miller of Decision Innovation Solutions.
