ITA Group, a provider of corporate engagement services, announced its acquisition of HTK Limited, a cloud-based software-as-a-service provider. Together, the companies will offer customer loyalty and engagement programs for companies. HTK’s Horizon cloud technology is a configurable software-as-a-service platform that enables businesses to increase customer engagement, with promotions and personalized loyalty. “The HTK acquisition represents an important step forward in enhancing our capability to create unique, data-driven loyalty and engagement solutions,” said Chris Jones, senior vice president for customer solutions at ITA Group.
