Gov.-elect Terry Branstad announced on Tuesday that Story County Treasurer David Jamison will head the Iowa Finance Authority in his administration. “David will help our administration restore Iowa’s sound fiscal footing,” Branstad said. “I am excited that he has agreed to serve the taxpayers of Iowa in this capacity, and know that his work will greatly benefit our state.” Jamison has served as Story County treasurer since 1995, and ran as the Republican candidate for state treasurer earlier this year.
