JLL selected to market Norwalk mixed-use development

The Norwalk City Council recently approved agreements related to the development, located at Iowa Highway 28 and Chatman Avenue. JLL Managing Director Justin Lossner and Vice President Aaron Hyde will lead marketing efforts of the development. One- to 18.1-acre lots are available to be developed for potential retail, office, commercial or residential uses.
