Johnson named COO of Serve Credit Union

Johnson will assist the CEO in the overall management and strategic direction of the credit union. He will work in all credit union operations, which include planning, recommending, implementing programs and policies and providing general administrative direction. Johnson has 15 years of experience in financial and regulatory compliance, most recently serving as a compliance officer at Community Choice Credit Union. He was also previously executive vice president of compliance for Security State Bank in Radcliffe, Iowa. He holds degrees from Waldorf College, the University of Phoenix and Drake University Law School.
