Kemin said today that it has entered into an agreement to buy Garmon Chemicals, a global provider of chemicals for processing apparel, and its sister company, the Italian Job. The purchase price was not disclosed. Kemin, the maker of nutritional products for people and animals, said the acquisition allows the company to enter a new market with textiles.
