Lead DSM has announced the program participants and mentors selected for its 2025 Community Connect program. Community Connect offers a curriculum that links discovery of personal purpose to intentional community engagement, according to a news release. Throughout the program, mentors provide guidance and help establish connections to accelerate participants’ involvement in Greater Des Moines. The five-session program, which began Jan. 21, helps prepare graduates to give their time to causes that align with their passions, including serving on nonprofit boards of directors and supporting community initiatives.
