Lead DSM has announced the 40 graduates of its Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute and the 33 graduates of the Youth Leadership Institute program. The Youth Leadership Initiative is designed to provide high school students with leadership experiences and community connections. To view a full list of participants, click here. The participants in the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute came from public, private and nonprofit sectors. Over the course of the nine-month program, they increased their understanding of local issues, developed leadership skills and applied creative problem-solving techniques. A list of the 2024 class is available here. The class will be recognized during a graduation celebration on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
