Lead DSM announced 45 individuals have been selected for inclusion in the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Class of 2025. The nine-month professional development program aims to help participants develop leadership skills and become aware of local social issues. Each individual selected was nominated and vetted in a lengthy and competitive selection process.
