The deadline to nominate Iowans for Leadership Iowa’s 2025-26 class is April 1. Leadership Iowa is an issues-awareness program provided by the Iowa Association of Business and Industry Foundation. Each year, 40 leaders are selected to participate in the program, which runs from October to June. The group holds eight two- or three-day monthly sessions throughout the state. Each session aims to provide class members with a wide range of insights exploring the opportunities and challenges facing Iowa within a variety of topics from agriculture to education to workforce, manufacturing and more. Nominations will be accepted through April 1 for the upcoming class, after which all nominees will be provided with application instructions and details. Self-nominations are allowed and encouraged.
