Lifespace Communities makes strategic HR hire for additional growth

She will join the organization in its West Des Moines headquarters on June 25. She brings more than 20 years of executive human resources leadership to Lifespace. Most recently, she was chief culture and administration officer of HumanGood, another senior living organization, where she helped shape and advance its mission, culture and business goals. “As a market-driven strategist with experience helping companies navigate the future, Terese will be instrumental in leading team member integrations as Lifespace fulfills strategic growth opportunities,” said Sloan Bentley, president and CEO of Lifespace. “She’ll work closely with Lifespace leaders to evolve our culture and create a progressive environment for our team members to thrive in their careers at Lifespace.” Lifespace owns and operates 12 continuing care retirement communities in seven states, serving more than 4,300 residents.
