There were the obvious steps to advance her career, such as excelling in school and pursuing advanced degrees. However, the “not-so-obvious” roadblocks were ever present, causing her to navigate and create the “work-arounds,” and sometimes even change direction to be able to move forward. Join Women of Worth in November for the group’s monthly networking luncheon as Franklin shares the lessons she learned along the way that inspire others to press on and endure the challenges life gives us.
