Open enrollment is now in effect through Jan. 19 for the Live Healthy America 100-Day Wellness Challenge. The program, whose past participants have included Hy-Vee Inc., MidAmerican Energy Co., Iowa Health System and Meredith Corp., provide online tools for employees to track pounds lost and minutes of activity toward wellness goals. During last year’s Live Healthy America campaign, Meredith employees lost 5,000 pounds and logged 3.5 million minutes of physical activity, said Meredith Wellness Manager Tim O’Neil. “Live Healthy America is a high-quality campaign that is easy to implement and fits in well with our existing wellness program,” O’Neil said in a press release.
