The Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce will host the kickoff of 2020’s Leadership Education and Advancement Pipeline (LEAP) series. The series this year runs from March through October. The mission of LEAP is to build a community that empowers and motivates women by helping them to reach their fullest potential. Each program provides skill-building, challenging concepts, inspiration, and networking time. The program is open to men and women.
