McClure hires Crimmings, Davis as community placemakers

118 wordsAll Latest News, On the Move, Real Estate and DevelopmentClive-based McClure Engineering Co. has hired Libby Crimmings as vice principal community placemaker and Mickey Davis as community placemaker in its Clive and St. Louis offices. Crimmings formerly was director of global programs and partnerships at the World Food Prize Foundation. Davis was the program manager for the Association of American Voices, and before that he was program director at the Des Moines Social Club. At McClure, Crimmings will assist in long-term planning, visionary goals and maintaining the tracking of projects and placemaking staff, according to a release. Davis’ background in music and multidisciplinary venues will “help connect even the smallest community into the larger cultural ecosystem,” Zachary Mannheimer, principal community placemaker at McClure, said in the release.
