This campaign invites volunteers to donate $75, which provides enough to feed a child for a year, according to Meals from the Heartland. The goal of the campaign is to feed 500 children for a full year. There are also volunteer shifts still available in December to package meals at their packaging center. During the week of Dec. 16-21 volunteers are encouraged to participate in ugly sweater week, when they can wear an ugly sweater to enter into a drawing for a gift card.
