The group, whose headquarters is in Salt Lake City, Utah, paid Paul and Lori Rottenberg $1.37 million for property at 9050 N.W. 62nd Ave. in Johnston. The nearly 10-acre parcel is valued at $106,500. The vacant land is adjacent to property the religious institution recently bought at 8950 N.W. 62nd Ave. The most recent transaction was recorded Oct. 16.
