MPO moves forward in director hiring process
The Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is in the process of hiring a new executive director to replace Tom Kane, who announced his retirement last week after more than 19 years of service with the organization.
An MPO spokesperson said resumes have been taken and will be reviewed today. A hiring committee will begin conducting interviews in January.
